* Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices are prohibited.
2. Account Security
* Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must report unauthorized access immediately.
3. Payments and Billing
* Users agree to pay all service fees on time. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
* Subscription plan charges are billed on a yearly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* An additional 18% GST will be applicable on all plans and services as per Indian taxation laws and regulations.
4. Data Protection
* Users must obtain necessary consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages and comply with all data privacy laws.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
* Users must adhere to Meta’s guidelines to avoid suspension or termination of access to the WhatsApp Business API.
